Online COUNSELLING Services During Covid-19

I am offering my patients the option of Telehealth Services. This allows you to continute your counselling from your own home.

If there is a resurgence of the pandemic or if other health concerns arise, I may require that we meet via telehealth. If you have concerns about meeting through telehealth, we will talk about it first and try to address any issues.

In-Person COUNSELLING Services During Covid-19

If we have agreed to meet in person for some or all counselling sessions please know that my practice has taken steps to reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus within the office. Prior to our in-person session I ask that you read the document below. You will be asked to sign the consent form. You may print it at home, sign and bring it with you, or you will be provided a copy to sign at the office.
